Quick Response Team (QRT)
When a major crisis threatens the very future of a corporation, it may be necessary to bring in a team of specialists to guide management through the crisis. Each situation may require a different mix of specialists. Consequently we will compose our QRT to include the specialists needed for your unique situation. Sometimes only one specialist may be needed, and other times a team of specialists may be required. It is reassuring to know that we can provide the full complement of services when your corporations' future is on the line. Our QRT specialists can include:
Corporate Crisis Communication Specialists
The entire reputation of a corporation can hinge on the way in which the corporation communicates to the public and its' employees throughout the crisis. Decisions that are made "in the heat of the moment" may shape the image of the company for generations to come.
Labor Law Legal Counsel
When events have significant impact on employees, it is in the corporations best interest to consider employment law issues in the decision making process.
Mediators
Mediation and alternative dispute resolution is a means of avoiding protracted conflicts that can lead to loss of productivity, costly litigation and even workplace violence. Searching for a "win-win" situation can serve to resolve potentially volatile conflicts.
Crisis Managers
Not all crisis responders are trained to develop a strategic response to crisis. Our crisis managers can assist in developing short and long range plans to support the corporation and the workforce through the crisis.
Threat Mitigators
When a threat to the employees and/or assets of a corporation emerges, difficult and costly decisions must be made to attempt to avert the acting out of the threat. Our threat mitigators can work with senior management to analyze the threat and develop a plan to mitigate the threat.
Forensic Psychologists
Our forensic psychologists can analyze behavioral data to provide an understanding of an individual or group that poses a threat. This data can be very useful in determining the deployment of resources to manage the threat
Security Specialists
Our security specialists can provide analysis of the physical security before and during a threat to determine areas that need immediate or long term improvement.
Trauma Counselors and Grief Counselors
Our trauma and grief counselors are specially trained to work with individuals and groups of people to assist them in addressing the wide range of reactions and emotions that occur following a traumatic event.
